Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

-For any bookings please get in contact as soon as you know the date of the Wedding to avoid Disappointment
-The Booking is only confirmed once the booking fee is received,without a booking fee ebing paid your date is still available to potential clients/brides
-A booking fee of £250 is to be paid with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding / event via bank transfer .
Minimum booking fee for wedding day of £600 (excluding trial cost)
An assistant will be added to bookings if needed (fee of £100per assistant)

Cancellation Policy.

8 weeks notice prior :
If the booking is cancelled in writing up to 8 weeks before the wedding date the booking fee only is payable.
6-2 weeks notice prior:
If the booking is cancelled between 6-2 weeks before wedding date 50% of agreed total is payable on the agreed date.
2 weeks or less notice:
If cancelled 2 weeks or less before wedding date - Full payment is due on the agreed date.

Travel Cost:

Travel is calculated from the artist home, based on a round trip. This is charged at 0.50p per mile after the first 15 miles.

Trials:

Destination Weddings:

Flights, accommodation and expenses will need to be covered on top of any Hair & Makeup services provided.
The artist will in most cases require accommodation for 2 nights the day prior to the wedding and the evening of.
For larger bridal parties a qualified Hair & or Makeup assistant may be required to ensure the smooth running of your day(assistant fee will apply). Please note that their fights, accommodation and expenses will also need to be covered on top of the services they provide.
In the unlikely event that myself or an assistant are unable to attend your wedding due to illness or any unforeseen circumstances an alternative qualified artist will be found. Any changes or additional flights/accommodation will not be charged.
